Funding options
The CLIMIT programme provides financial support for development of carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology. The programme is a collaboration between Gassnova SF and the Research Council of Norway.
Organisational structure
The Gassnova board has taken responsibility for granting subsidies from the CO2 Management Fund based on recommendations from the secretariat. We will continue with ongoing allocations. At the same time, the Research Council’s Portfolio Board for Energy and Transport will make decisions on applications submitted to the Research Council for CO2 management projects.
